First appeared together as the now familiar ''Stan and Ollie'' in ''The Second Hundred Years''in 1927.Leo Carey suggested they should team together. Made successful transition from silent -films to sound in 1929 with the short ''Unaccustomed As We Are''.First staring feature ''Pardon Us'' in 1931 was released. Following it's success, they consentrated on feature films insluding ''Pack Up Your Troubles'' (1933). Fro Diavolo in 1933, Sons of the Desert 1933 and ''Babes in Toyland in 1934. Won the first Academy Award for Best Short Subject with ''The Music Box'' in 1932. </p>
