1956. January 10th made his first recordings for RCA in Nashville, his by now customary backup of Moore (guitar) Black (bass) and Fontana (drums) was extended by RCA'S enlisting of Floyd Cramer (piano), Chet Atkins (guitar) and 3 backup singers. ''Blue Suede Shoes'' was among the recordings made.
